ACPO requested ACSO check at 7925 Lemaster Road in regard as to whether Jamie Bowen was at this residence and as to whether he had his ankle bracelet attached. Upon arrival, Jamie was lying on his bed shaking. The ankle bracelet was laying on the floor near his bed. Also, a knife was laying near the bracelet. The bracelet appeared to have been cut by the knife. Jamie advised he must have cut it while he was having a seizure.

On 1/25/10 Ryan Flowers of 4694 Monk Rd in York Twp advised that he seen two male subjects dumping trash along Monk Rd. Dep Barrett responded to the location and collected evidence at the scene and also took photographs. Dep Barrett after a short investigation located Stuart Cole of Nelsonville. Cole advised that he dumped the trash and given the oppurtunity he would clean the trash up. Dep Barrett advised him that this would be a good solution to the problem. Mr Cole responded to the area on 1/26/10 and cleaned up the trash. This case is closed and Mr Cole was advised that if this occurred again charges would be filed.

Steve Secoy advised ACSO he had four Wildcat tires sliced on the pickup he owns. The vehicle was parked at Plains Plaza. This incident occurred sometime during the early morning hours of January 23, 2010. He does not know who may have damaged them.

On 1/14/10 Michael Dixon age 45 of Lancaster reported that he was assaulted in the parking lot @The Plains Plaza Apt’s. by Tammy Hall. Dixon was taken to Obleness E. R. by private vehicle. Upon his release Dixon came from OMH, Dixon came to the Sheriffs Office and completed a written statement.
According to the complaint, Tammy Hall and her son began arguing with Dixon. During the argument, Tammy slapped Dixon in the face with her hand, at some point her 18 year old son got involved and when Dixon was not looking, Tammy stabbed Dixon with a knife, twice in the back shoulder area and one time in the arm.
Tammy Hall was arrested and charged with felonious assault.

John S. Dioguardi, age: 81, died while at 39 W. Third St., The Plains on 01-06-10 near 12 p apparently from natural causes.

On Sunday, January 3, 2009 near 5:45 a.m. ACSO received a call regarding a white Honda Accord that had been found over an embankment on Main Street in Coolville across from the M&G Truss Company. The left and right rear fenders and the rear bumper of the vehicle were damaged. It has not been determined who was operating the vehicle.

SEOEMS transported Harold Copley, Jr. to O’Bleness Hospital due to the fact that he did not appear to be breathing. His wife, Brenda, stated he has been in severe pain due to an auto accident earlier in his life. She went on to say he had fallen at different times through the night.
