Lillian Gardner age 19 of Millfield,Ohio was involved in a two vehicle private property non- injury accident at the Marathon gas station in Buchtel,Ohio when she was attempting to back up in her 1994 GMC when she struck a 2004 Chevy truck belonging to The Athens Messenger Publishing Company Athens,Ohio which was being driven by a Charles Estep age 57 from Syracuse,Ohio who had pulled in to deliver newspapers and was preparing to exit the vehicle when the Gardner vehicle struck his vehicle. The Messenger truck sustained disabling damage the Gardner vehicle sustained minor damage, no citations issued.
