On 02-08-08 I spoke with a Homer Dillion reference to a Blonde white Male taking a picture of his son and stated he wanted to get with him. He was driving a White Chevy Blazer. I patrolled that area with negative contact.

On 02-08-08 Deputy Kline and I responded to The Plains Plaza reference to a Tabitha Mitchell trying to harm herself by overdosing on medication. She was taken to OMH by SEOEMS.

On 02-09-08 I observed a Jerry Phillips driving a Red Jeep Cherokee on St Rt 13 in Jacksonville. I turned and he quickly pulled into a driveway. I confirmed with dispatch that he was under a suspension. Jerry was cited and released to a friend.

Complainant called to advise a suspicious individual was walking near their residence. ACSO learned it was a neighbor boy who was on his mother’s property. Complainant was content after ACSO arrived.
