Matthew A. Berry, age:21, was found dead at his residence on Sunset Lane in The Plains on December 10, 2011 near 1:00 p.m. Even though the Athens County Sheriff’s Office does not suspect foul play, the Athens County Coroner will be ordering an autopsy.

Michael Moschell advised he has a White Oak and a Red Oak tree that has been cut from his property on Luhrig Rd. This incident has occurred sometime within the last few days.
